we are currently looking to divest of all of our oil and gas leases in a single package deal. The leases are centrally located near one another in south central Texas. The majority of the wells were drilled over 30 years ago and have maintained a long consistent history with little to no decline curve. The production comes from a variety of formations and depths. All leases have upside and the potential to more than double the current numbers. Please email for detailed package.

1 well lease with upside potential. Production history shows 1/2 bbl oil per day. We were told that if you clean sand out of well, it will produce 4 bbl per day. Previous owner never sold gas, but there is a tapped gas line 200 feet away.
We recently acquired this well with several others. Tubing anchor seems to be hung up. We are moving on to the other wells and will take salvage value for this one at $10,000.
