Developmental Drilling Package

*SOLD*

We are currently applying for permits to drill two wells in a proven, long-life field in North Central Texas. We have years of experience in the area, and this is among the best prospects we’ve seen.

Operator intends to invest in 12.5% Working Interest, with an additional 12.5% back-in upon payout.  Pricing is in the tanks per 1%, with a 5% minimum investment required.

Expected payout is 13 months.   Offset production drilled in 1982 is still producing at a rate nearly half of it’s first year production.  We expect these wells to economically produce for 40+ years.

We have put together a PDF document with additional information which will be sent upon request.
