We have a gas well for sale. Well is a strong producer on a 140 ac. unit. 25%NRI although 80acres of it is burdened by an additional 15% as owners also own part of the minerals.

Gross revenue is about $50k/month, net as to the interest is about 23k/month.

We are looking to sell quickly. Closing within end of year is preferred.
