We are looking for a Part Owner in a Recompletion and Drill Project on 142 Acres in Section 7B. There is one Producer and one SWD Well, with room to drill 3 additional Wells. Our plan is to recomplete the existing Well to 1800’ in the Strawn formation in Phase One of this Project. The Strawn has done very well in this area with offset Wells coming in between 25-30 BOPD and 100-200 MCF Gas. After Completing Phase One on this first Well we will go in and drill one offset Well to the Conglomerate at approximately 3600’ as Phase Two. There are also other zones above the Conglomerate including the Caddo and Strawn which may be targeted in future Completions after the first two Phases are complete. Available is a 50% WI for the first two Phases with the Option to buy in for all Future Phases of this Project.
