Opportunity with San Andres Production

Two wells are active producers equipped and pumping, producing conservatively 4-8 barrels of oil per day. One active producing well has a new pump but needs electricity to produce conservatively 2-3.5 barrels of oil per day. Five shut-in wells are equipped and ready to be brought back into active well status, producing conservatively 9-13 barrels of oil per day. Current production with 2 wells running is 4-8 barrels of oil daily. The lease with all wells producing makes around 40 barrels of water a day, which a larger operator on the lease takes. The lease holds 320 acres, and wells are drilled on 20-acre spacing, which could be reduced to 10-acre spacing for additional PUD locations.
