2 Lease Package with 18 Wells

100% WI 80% NRI. Two adjacent Oil Leases for sale in Browns County Texas with over 18 wells total. There is about a weeks worth of work for a roustabout crew left and I would recommend identifying some of the wells for workovers. Based on past data I would anticipate these leases doing 15 to 20 BPD. Price above is for both leases to try and move these quickly. We acquired these leases as part of a larger package and have spent a lot of time working on cleaning up and improving the leases. However we are currently being pulled between different projects and am trying to prioritize.
