3 North Texas Leases for Sale

We operate three wells in North Texas which we are offering for sale at a discounted equipment value price. The previous operator averaged 9.74 BOPD and 1.67 BOPD from two of the wells between 2007-2015. The third well has never been pumped. The equipment value of these leases is in excess of $55,000. Two leases are fully equipped and ready for production. Much of the equipment was bought new in early 2015. We are short on operating funds and can’t afford workovers for the wells. We simply do not have the resources needed to bring these wells back to their previous proven production.
